Our primary service is in providing executive search for a select group of clients. We have developed a comprehensive approach which can be tailored for each client’s specific requirements. The core methodology includes:

Extensive research – at the outset of every assignment we conduct an extensive market mapping exercise to ascertain the best talent at competing organisations. Further ongoing research maintains momentum throughout the process.

Pre-screening – all potentially suitable candidates are met and fully briefed on a particular client and the specific opportunity. Candidates are interviewed to ascertain suitability for a particular role and in line with agreed competencies. References are taken as appropriate.

Candidate evaluation – we provide a full CV and an accompanying profile for all interested candidates who we are recommending. Crucially we fully brief our clients on the respective merits of each and every candidate and their relative experience, expectations and level of interest.

Candidate / client interviews – we co-ordinate all interviews and ensure comprehensive feedback after each stage of the process. Any candidate or client concerns are addressed on a timely basis.

Completion – from the outset we clearly communicate candidate and client expectations such that there are no surprises during the final stages of the process. We help you make the right choice of candidate and company respectively, and we handle final negotiations candidly and sensitively.

Transparent reporting - we encourage regular face to face updates and throughout the process (at least weekly) we provide you with detailed reports showing our progress.

Client portal - our unique web portal provides our clients with secure online access to ‘live’ updates on any given search.
