Simon heads our corporate governance practice and has a primary focus on senior roles within compliance, business integrity, internal audit and regulatory functions. He has 20 years' of recruitment experience, having worked for both boutique and global executive search firms straddling all areas of financial services. He has successfully completed mandates for Heads of Department in retail and investment banks, insurers, asset managers and third party administrators. Prior to joining Bray Lloyd he spent three years running a dedicated corporate governance search firm which he co-founded. Before entering the executive search world, he worked for a leading financial services group focused on the insurance sector. He holds an MSc from Cranfield University.
